Things to do to soothe your new Corona virus anxiety
/My community and I sat down to paint to a Bob Ross Tutorial to distract ourselves and then put our heads together to come up with a helpful list for those who are experiencing high anxiety over the recent Corona Virus pandemic. Let me know if you think of some others in the comments below!
Good Mental Health Practices
Wash your hands!
Take media breaks
Read a relaxing book
Finding something you can control (i.e. washing dishes, moving your room around)
Walk outside in non-crowded areas
Journaling/writing down negative thoughts and then putting them away physically
Connecting with loved ones -Take personality quizzes with friends, play board games, DnD, etc.
Taking your frustration out through video games
Exercise however possible / Stretching/ Walking
