Hi Hi Hi!
Since episode 13 was about medication, episode 14 talked about natural aides. Not only is it good research to look at every recommendation, but also some people don't have access to a psychiatrist/therapist they can trust, and need to rely on alternatives to feel their best. Hence, the episode. I think there are still lots of natural things we missed like Weighted blankets and fidget toys so I hope to come back to this topic in the future.
From my conversations in the live chat, I learned that many people are averse to taking medication at all, even when they truly need it. While I believe the right medication can do wonders (and has for me), I understand how the stigma and side effects turn people away, so I want to research and explain any proven/safe alternative.
The methods we got to touch upon included everything from getting enough sleep to yoga.
Thanks to our one-source-for-all site, I had access to research about Melatonin, Valerian Root, St John's, yoga, meditation and a few more. For the short video this time, I left just the information about those things in. I hope you find them useful. I would love to hear about what my readers have found most useful personally, so I hope you guys share when you have a moment.

P.S. I have a guest coming on Dec 21 and a Christmas Eve stream upcoming. Be sure to follow and check the schedule, so that you know when it's time to chat. If you're scared of Twitch, you can watch from my live page. And going forward, I'll be posting one blog for both research episodes so that you're not enundated with these summary posts.
