Hi Hey Hi!
We've gotten to a point where people have been requesting answers to specific questions. One that has come up a lot is rather general, what's the difference between just feeling a little bit not awesome and knowing you are having a full-blown mental health issue? Well, the answer truly varies and is more or less up to a doctor figure out, but it can help to hear the really bad symptoms to see if you identify with them.
So that's what we did. We discussed the difference between being a bit anxious and a full-blown Generalized Anxiety Disorder. We touched upon what a panic attack is and how to handle it as well. As always sass and flub-ups were included free of charge.
As always check out the sources I used and let me know if you can think of a few more.
Thank you! And as always, don't forget to #bethelight,
