This week, I finally set out to answer the questions I have been itching to answer since the end of last year. What is Video Gaming Addiction? Substance Abuse? Is it real? How can we know if we don't look into what Addiction even means? What about the difference between Addiction and Dependance? And what the heck is a disorder?
As suspected, this topic got lots of people's opinions to come out. But what are the Mxiety streams for, if not to break up all of our (yes, including mine) preconceived notions?
We talk about all of that (as per the ICD and DSM) and more. Then we draw conclusions regarding whether VG Addiction can be a real thing. Tune in, check out the sources I used below and let me know what you think.
Then tune in Tues, Thurs and Sun for more!
