Howdy Friends!

Insomnia is a tricky thing. And it was about time we talked about it. When I can't sleep, it starts to feel like 

everything is a copy of a copy of a copy.

As part of the process of working to feel better, I created a positive routine to replace the copy of a copy sleeplessness cycle I had fallen into. I outlined that routine in this post: Mxiety.com along with some research to explain why it seems to work so well. 

Also in this episode, I got to answer lot's of audience questions this time around too, including:

  • What's the best temperature to fall asleep in?
  • Does depression cause insomnia or does insomnia cause depression?
  • What to do if you lose a night of sleep?

As I mentioned, I am not perfect and can't always follow this exactly as I outlined. Sometimes, I break my own rules, while at other times, I am too stressed or depressed and nothing seems to work.
